Wear your Helmet

Or just watch - COMA on HBO in the next few days. A helmet is no guarantee, if it lessens the blow and keeps you from suffering worse, that investment (buying and wearing one) is worth it.

I see kids everyday riding around the hood, not even paying attention with no helmets and it makes me sad. Nothing may ever happen, but why even take the chance? Is it really that hard to come correct with 40 bucks so something that can save you from an ambulance ride, a helicopter ride, months and years in rehab?
